Our good friend Mary Cosgrove made this delicious (reader, I ate it!) Easter cake.¬†Oh. Wow. Happy, Happy Easter. “Triple Layer Chocolate and Ginger Celebration Cake – the sponges and buttercream frosting are infused with pieces of stem ginger. I topped the cake with squares of Green & Blacks Dark Chocolate with Crystallised Ginger.” (Mary.)
